Any plans Jackie & Nico want to make for their wedding have to fit into Bill's schedule for them, of course. The CEO stopped short of sending Nico out on tour in support of his one hit song, but that only means he's expecting the next big hit to be forthcoming. Jackie has a few ideas of songs that have been flitting through her head lately, but the only one in any kind of shape to played with another musician is a song she's been hesitant to share with Nico. She was terrified when she first discovered she was pregnant, afraid of the responsibility & commitment, and that is what this song expresses. While they work on the song together, they don't discuss the meaning, only the form, arrangements, harmonies, keys.

When they are finished, Nicolas takes her face in his hands with tender gentleness, and they stand like that for a moment, looking into each other's eyes. She doesn't have to tell him the song doesn't express the way she feels now, just a way she felt before, and he doesn't have to tell her how moved he is by it. They've played it together & made it theirs.

Just in the last few days, it seems their relationship has really blossomed. All her little fears seem so foolish now, her life has taken unexpected turns, but all it has brought her is more happiness. The more she has been able to relax & enjoy this happiness, the more the happiness grows....

They get Matt in on their jam the next day, and at last F Hole begins work on the songs for their next CD.
