ATM machines in lobby give your Sims money, by Cravze at Livin-it-up. |

Teddy's Toy & Candy: Teddy's Shop with custom NPC by Colorized Sims. The exterior plants are by Colorized Sims, pat of the Funky Sims set used on 2nd floor. Candy displays shaped like a boy are by Around the Sims, a donation file. Recolored HD teddy bears by Candace's Sim Bazaar. Walls & floors & star windows by Livin-it-up. Palm trees are lights, by 7 Deadly Sims. |

Garden Shop: Set by C&C Enterprises includes a gardener NPC who sells veggies & seeds. The Floral display also has a special florist NPC who sells flowers & bulbs. You Sims can buy flowers that can be put in special vases, or they can buy bulbs & grow flowers they can harvest as gifts or for the vases. See the site for details, the florist & gardener NPCs interact with each other romantically...Shop also sells Smoothies. Wall, floor, rug, potted Hosta, sunflower bench & some art by Livin-it-up, sunflower posters by Sims Poster Shop yahoo group, Parsimonious. Ceiling lights by Around the Sims. |
