Montana Ave Plaza (Old Town): Lot 71. The Montana Ave. area of Santa Monica hosts the kind of shops & eateries that are giving the city the nickname "Beverly Hills by the Beach". This Old Town shopping center features upscale establishments like a French Market, the Cafe de la Mode espresso bar, a designer Parfumerie, a Sushi bar & a luxury spa. Fancy glass elevator,featuring invisible staircase hack by Gnohmon at Livin-it-up.

French Market set by Around the Sims. Some displays sell things, some are decorative & some are mood boosters your Sim can use to buy a quick greening. Lipton machine is based on Pepsi Machine. I'm using the new florist hack by C&C Enterprises, it comes with a flower selling NPC & a variety of flowers your Sim can buy & actually put in a vase in their home. Once installed, Sims can buy these flowers from any flower stand, even when the florist NPC is not present. So here, Justin is buying red & white tulips from the floral display & NPC from the Around the Sims set. (I will be using the C&C florist on another lot..) |

Door & dragon kimono by Travels with Buddha, rug & walls screen are part of the 'Spirit' bedroom set at Parsimonious, the vase & scatter cushions are from the 'Misc' section. |
