La Leyenda Apts: Lot 77. Four bachelor apts (individual bed & bath units) with community kitchen & spa. Lobby features stereo & computers. Laundry room, Maid service until 6pm. "La Leyenda" means 'Legend' and this building is named after an apartment building in Hollywood I once lived in. The building was restored by Howard Hughes & he had studio starlets like Betty Grable & Marlene Dietrich living there during Hollywood's golden age. Now it's a fancy old apartment building that has gotten run down with time, in a neighborhood that isn't what she used to be, despite repeated facelifts.

Apt 1. Rainier's room. Rainier is from Belgium, he designs game software. His computer is apartment enabled by Sim Logical & his guitar is reservable so only he can play it & his neighbors can't hear him practice unless they are already in the room with him. Bed & chair by mirror by Sim Freaks. Desk & chair by Fairywitch at The Sims Resource, printer cart, amp & headphones by Around the Sims, printer by Cravze (hacked), at Livin it up. End table by Gnohmon at Livin it up is hacked to recycle the newspaper & studio town tabloid automatically when they get old. Poster by Deviant Sim. Mirror by STP cary for The Sims Resource. |

Apt 2: Rebecca's room. Rebecca just moved in. Her bed is by Well Dressed Sim, her black easy chair & black silk back drops are by Livin it up. Her camera is by Sim Freaks, your Sim takes pictures with them she can either sell or pay to have framed & hang on the wall. Her desk, lamp & the writing set she is using to gain charisma is by Around the Sims. All apts have apartment system enabled bathroom items by Madoria's World, and toothbrush sets that Sims can uses to get a bigger hygiene boost than the toothpaste in the medicine cabinet, by Around the Sims. Purple MM basket recolor by STP Carly.

Apt 3: Esme's room. Esme is a dancer. Bed by Sim Freaks, colorful teddy bears & nightstand by Candace's Sim Bazaar. Panda bear, cloned on toybox so it's playable, & pink lamp by Around the Sims. Rug by Parsimonious. Rave box (dance for charisma) by Cheap Frills. Pink etherette chair by Bewitched. Little TV is Apartment enabled by Sim Logical. Pile of clothes dresser by C&C Enterprises, on an endtable by Well Dressed Sim. Bathroom wallpaper by Northern Kat, Livin it up. |

Apt 4: Xtina's room. Xtina is an art school drop out. She loves this apt because of the windows. She got the best room in the place. Bed by Sim Freaks, artist studio set by Well Dressed Sim, boombox apartment enabled by Sim Logical. Small 'David' replica statue by Livin it up, vase by Fairywitch at The Sims Resource, notebook & pens deco by Around the Sims, elephant end table is a hack by Gnohmon at Livin it up that removes fly swarms & roaches.
