Institutional payphone (no charge). Non-resident inmates etc can
use this between 7am and 10pm to phone anyone in their family.
Autonomous random use, or player can choose a family member for selectable
Sims. Gives social, and maintains relationships. 8th April 2004 updated to stop Sims trying to call people already on lot. |

Ideal as a flexible-shaped reception desk. Links like a counter,
can be used like a desk for computers etc. No serving or eating food
