Though the rents in Hollywood have escalated to unreasonably high levels, almost as soon as Nicolas vacates his apartment across the hall from Xtina, a new neighbor moves in to take his place. Xtina runs into him in the building's lounge area & introduces herself. "I'm Rainier, I design game software," he tells her. God, what a sexy accent he has! "Where are you from, Rainier?" she asks, loving the way saying his name makes her tongue rise against the roof of her mouth. "I was born in Belgium, but I've lived in Paris these past years," he answers. Xtina reminds herself that she has a boyfriend, and she really shouldn't flirt with the new guy...

But he's a walking dreamboat with a sexy accent, it's too hard not to flirt with him a little.

As Ranier compliments her bright blue eyes & how well they contrast her dark hair, Coby returns home from surfing, with perfect timing, to witness it.

"Dude, I don't know who you are or how you got in the building, but you are not going to come onto my girl like that," Coby threatens Rainier. "I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean, 'come onto'....," Rainier replies. "Rainier, this is my boyfriend, Coby. He lives in the apartment next to yours," Xtina belatedly introduces the two men. "Coby, Rainier just moved into Nico's old apartment. He's from France."

"Chill out, okay, Coby?" Xtina says quietly, kissing her man. "He was just being nice. Don't go off on him."
