After he changes out of his wetsuit, Coby meets Xtina by the building's hot tub. "I'm sorry I went off on what's his name like that, Ti," he says.

"I understand, Coby..if some hot French chick moved in the building & she complimented you, I'd feel the same," Xtina admits "Let's get in this tub..." She & Coby undress & jump into the jacuzzi, hoping to enjoy some private time. Lately, they've had the place pretty much to themselves, with Nico hardly ever home before he finally moved out completely & Esme always at work or auditioning, so they don't hesitate to get in completely naked.

And Rainier doesn't hesitate to join them completely naked. Xtina can tell from Coby's glare that he is seething inside, but Rainier is oblivious to him & even flirts with her, naked in a hot tub in front of her boyfriend. Tres désagréable.

As Coby is out surfing again the next day, Xtina decides to give Eleanor a call & ask how she's 'making out' with Justin: the two of them still haven't had a real heart to heart about their love lives & Xtina is dying to share. But as she heads for the phone, she runs into Rainier, who says he wants to see Melrose Ave & do some shopping. "We can go to lunch, no?" he asks her. Well, why not, it's only polite to show the foreigner around the city....

They go to Retail Slut, where Xtina tries on a new outfit. Rainier loves it..Coby will probably love it too, though he doesn't love shopping the way Rainier does.

They follow shopping up with lunch at El Coyote. Rainier is extremely polite & complimentary, sort of Gavin-esque in the way he focuses all his attention on her while they are together.
