Boom Boom's never on time, and for once Ulises is glad. She shows up about 20 minutes after Ulises kisses Heather goodbye. He tells her the 'hippie chick' didn't pan out, that Salome was a wash.

"The hippie chick I'm talking about isn't Latin, she's Anglo, a total flower child white girl hippie, " Boom Boom corrects him. "Don't take what I tell you & make up your own story," she adds derisively.

Well, that's a slight clarification. Ulises heads out into the club very little to go on. Coby's neighbor, Nico, stops him & asks him where Heather went. "Heather went home," Ulises answers, his eyes narrowing with suspicion. "Oh, man," Nico groans, "I really wanted to score tonight!" Score!? With his Heather!? Ulises' hand is balled in a fist & ready to go in half a second, but his brain takes over & he realizes of course Nico doesn't mean 'score' as in sex, he means 'score' as in buy drugs. "Do you have any weed I can score off you?" Nico asks, further clarifying the issue. Ulises is stunned into silence. Score weed from his Heather? "No, man," he answers, getting rid of Nico. Of course it is so obvious Heather is the dealer he's been tracking, the anglo flower child hippie chick Boom Boom described, Heather who is always hanging out in Hollywood. Every time he's out looking, she's right under his nose. But he's so in love with her he didn't see it.

Ulises has a lot to think about on the long drive out to Topanga. By the time he gets to her house & slides into her warm bed, he's decided that they'd have to go through him before he'd let anyone put Heather in prison. He's certainly not going to be the one to put her in cuffs. She wakes slightly & whispers his name, he draws her close & cups his hand over her breasts. Before he met Heather, he thought he ws pretty satisfied with his life....now he shudders at the thought of going back to living without her around....he can take care of her problem the way he takes care of Mary 'Boom Boom' and other petty criminals of that ilk...

Ulises wakes up when he hears the school bus horn honking. He's not going to arrest Heather, but he can't let her just sell on his beat. As he makes the bed & gets his clothes on, he tries to figure out how to say all this to Heather...

(I use a Visitor Control thing from Sim Logical to give Ulises, or any visitor on the lot, the same power to use all objects that the resident Sims have. He doesn't go home & he sleeps in the bed. I had to put a radio in the room to wake him up the next morning. You do not control the visitor, but you can tell them goodbye if they are a nuisance, or turn off the controller! If the visitor has a job, they go to work & return to the lot you are playing as though they live there....very useful!)
