The entertainment industry is not all glamour & celebrities...Alison is a production assistant for director Byron Palisades. His latest movie, and adaptation of Kurt Vonnegut's "Sirens of Titan", is in post production phase right now & Alison has a lot of very boring tasks to attend to.

There are some legal problems with the movie's soundtrack to discuss with the studio people.

During a screening, another of Byron's assistants, Ruben, tells her Byron hasn't been answering his emails. Well, what else is new...Byron is 'eccentric' & often disappears for weeks at time.

Ruben starts bitching about his girlfriend.

Alison tells him he's lucky to have a girlfriend at all & he better keep her away from Alison or she'll steal her from him. Ruben thinks she's joking.
