Sometimes, Rainier works really late, all night even. It just seems so natural to call Coby on a night when Rainier isn't around & ask to meet him at a club. Coby is always ready to party & hang out.

She meets Coby in the club's bubble lounge, where they hang out for awhile. He tells her the blonde he was seeing blew him off, and now he's kind of dating some receptionist, but he's a little iffy about her. Xtina supposes she couldn't expect him to pine after her eternally, but he slept with the first girl he met after she broke up with him, and he's moving on now to the next, his heart completely undamaged. It was the same with Gavin: they say they love her, but as soon as she's gone it's like she never mattered.

Xtina decides it would be really funny if Coby would try some karaoke. "Please, for me," she says, looking as pretty as possible. Coby laughs, but he says it sounds fun, in a stupid kind of way.

He tickles her, like he always does..tonight, it makes her sentimental.

Coby surprises her by doing her favorite Nick Cave song, she has no idea how he knows it, but he does a perfect deep voiced imitation of the singer that drives Xtina wild.

After hanging out at the bubble machine some more, they head into the bar for a drink. Xtina hates to do it, but there's no one else to ask, her car is falling apart & she can't afford a mechanic. She asks Coby if his brother-in-law can look at her car again.

"No problem, Ti, I owe you a few favors," he says, "We'll get your car fixed."
