It's about time Xtina & Eleanor got together to talk! They meet at the record store & then head up to the Rage Cage for a drink.

"Have you heard Gavin is starring in a movie?" Eleanor asks. "You're kidding?" Xtina can't believe it! Then Eleanor tells her the details, about Byron Palisades making a film of the Sandman comics, Xtina's favorite title. Byron saw Gavin in a cafe on the Westside and decided he was the man to play Dream. Xtina's jaw drops to the floor. "Oh man, I've been dying for someone to make a Sandman movie...and it's being done by the man who made 'Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch'..this is incredible, Eleanor!" Xtina cries, jubilant that at last she'll get to see her Sandman movie, by her favorite director.."And starring your ex-boyfriend, Gavin," Eleanor reminds her. Xtina laughs light-heartedly, "The role fits him, I can see Gavin as Dream. But you know who I'd love to see as Dream? Orlando Bloom!" The girls laugh & gossip about their friends & other trivial matters while they have a beer.

"We haven't really talked since the party," Eleanor says, getting serious as they play some pool. "That guy you brought, the surfer, he's your neighbor, isn't he?" Xtina smiles, murmuring assent. "So what's the deal, Xtina, I'm dying to know?" Eleanor begs. "Well, we'd been hanging out a lot since Gavin & I broke up and, at the party, you know.." Xtina says, blushing. "Hmmm, I saw, but I don't really know...what did he say or do that made you go for him?" Xtina flashes a devilish smile, "He showed me his scar," she teases.

Eleanor raises her eyebrow, looking up from the table. "Really? Does he have a lot of scars?" She asks, looking a little eager. "Well, actually, yeah, Eleanor, he does...but what about you, what did Justin say to you, Eleanor, after over a year of haunting you, what did he finally do to you? I'm dying to know that! I mean you were going to stay a virgin & then, bam, out of nowhere I hear you're spending every night in Justin's room..." Eleanor blushes & concentrates on the pool table. "I just realized Justin and I have a lot in common," she murmurs. Xtina was about to snort a sarcastic remark to that, Eleanor is clearly holding back: 'a lot in common' is no reason to suddenly fall for the guy you've treated like a dog for a year. But Xtina decides to drop it & not pry if Eleanor wants to be secretive.

Xtina has her own troubles now to talk about anyway. She tells Eleanor about Rainier moving in, about going shopping with him & dancing at the rave club. "I think he likes me, Eleanor. I know he's my type, he's like my dream guy, sexy accent and all," she sighs, "But there's Coby, I don't know what to do, I really like him too." Eleanor sighs & shakes her head, "That's a real bummer, Xtina. Especially with you all living in the same building like that, that will make it pretty tense if you get involved with this new guy." Xtina sighs, "I don't know what to do."

Eleanor really can't help her out & she's got to go, she's got class in the morning. Xtina heads out to the dance floor.
