When Gavin tells Shay the movie director Byron Palisades wants him to star in his next film, she is overwhelmed. Gavin is so gorgeous, Shay doesn't wonder that the director would want him..But then Gavin tells her he demanded that Shay be hired as costume designer, or he wouldn't do it. Either he's crazy about her or just plain crazy...He says he wouldn't even want to do it, except to get her her dream job.

Shay doesn't always understand Gavin, but she does understand that he loves her. She loves him too...And she's finally going to be making costumes for the movies, because of him.

Shay gets the call from Byron's assisstant almost immediately. She has to go down to the studio and get all kinds of paperwork in so she can be part of the union. It's such a dream come true! Alison gets her set up & gives her some pages from a comic book, showing her the kind of costumes Byron is looking for. Shay gets to work immediately, knowing how she got this job, she knows she has to do it very well, to prove she deserves it.

Doing Gavin's costume is easiest, because she knows his physique intimately, she hardly even has to take his measurements. And the comic book pictures show a character dressed like she's often wanted to dress Gavin anyway, long, flowing coat, black velvet...she really understands why Byron would choose her man for this part. He was made for it. She gets his costume made so quickly, she actually impresses Alison, who seems to be Shay's boss, since the director doesn't seem to be around much. "Oh, he'll be around probably more that you can stand very soon," Alison laughs. "Enjoy the quiet while it lasts."

Gavin just looks gorgeous in the costume. Shay loves her new job, and it's all because of him.
