So he plays a game of pool with the young reporter & talks about trivial things like movies & fashion, nothing that she could put in a story that would make him look bad.

Nico used to fantasize what it would be like to be recognized in public, have fans approach you, and ask for your autograph. He's discovering it's a lot creepier than he could have ever imagined, people in hysterics, and who knows sometimes if they're not crazy.

In an hour, he has to appear on a local radio station & do a little interview, so he kills the time shopping for toys.

He gets home early in the evening, to find Jackie asleep on the couch

As she starts to complain that he was gone all day, he gives her the teddy bear he bought while he was out.

Nico has gotten used to her ways & moods & has adapted himself to them. She's prone to sulkiness & pouting, but a little determined romancing always brings her around, and once he's kissed & tickled her into a happier mood, he tucks into bed & heads down into the studio, to play his guitar.
