When she's not preaching, Luz is a very good listener. Kelly tells her about her ex-husband & how she married out of high school to escape her parents.

Luz seems to be in a bad mood & doesn't want to be touched. Well, Kelly isn't in such a great mood either & she hasn't eaten yet today. She suggests they go get a burger.

This place isn't just a karaoke bar, there is sushi, too. Raw fish? No, Luz is vegan...they get California rolls, no meat, not even fish. Kelly is somewhat relieved, but she would rather have had a burger.

Luz & Kelly just can't seem to hit on any common topic. She gets along with Alison so much better, Kelly thinks she should just tell Luz right now that they shouldn't see each other anymore.

Before she can say it, though, Luz kisses her. They have no common interests, but they have a deep mutual passion. Kelly not sure now if she's ready to stop seeing, or rather, touching, Luz.

While they play pool Luz invites her for on a trip to a spa resort in Palm Springs for Thanksgiving weekend. That's right, Kelly realizes, it's Thanksgiving this weekend...since the weather hadn't changed Kelly hadn't quite noticed how late into fall it was. Well, she's got no family in L.A., so why not go with Luz?
