The rest of the party is just a blur, just time to kill before he can take his girl home...

At some point the ex decides he wants to check out Ti's new guy. Coby is good-natured enough to humor him, since he's got Ti for himself now, he doesn't hate Mr. Suave quite so much as at he beginning of the party. But Ti obviously doesn't like it, because she tugs on Coby's sleeve & tells him it's time to leave. Coby's just been waiting for her to say it.

This little room has become a little piece of heaven for Coby. It's where he goes for solace & joy, it's his home more than even his own little room across the hall, which is just where he keeps his stuff.

So he's got what he wanted, his friend & his lover. And he's pretty sure he can keep both....

For the first time, he actually wants to spend the whole night with a girl, but they have these damn little beds that 2 people couldn't squeeze into if they tried. It sucks, hard, but she already promised to meet him for breakfast, and since he dreams of while he sleeps, it is in a way like they are together...
