Alison

Alison is too busy for any socializing for a few days & most of her work is at the studio, so she barely gets a glimpse of Kelly during a brief stop at Byron's house. "Hey, are you doing anything on Christmas?" she asks Kelly. Like herself, Kelly hasn't got family or a lot of friends in L.A., so she doesn't have holiday plans. "Do you want to see a movie with me?" Alison invites Kelly. "Can you even go to the movies on Christmas?" Kelly asks, her voice full of that childlike wonder Alison finds so endearing. "I do it every year," Alison answers with a laugh. "I'll take you to dinner & a movie, how about it?"

Alison talks Kelly into trying Indian food for Christmas dinner. "Give it a try, I promise you'll like it," Alison says & Kelly looks at her sceptically, "I don't know..." "You didn't know you'd like kissing girls until you tried it, either, did you?" Alison teases. Kelly blushes & acquiesces & lets Alison order for her. "'The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch' is playing at the budget theater," Alison tells Kelly, "That's the first film I worked on with Byron." Over dinner, Kelly asks her questions about the movies she's worked on & Alison is always happy to talk about filmmaking.

"Hey," Kelly breaks a brief moment of silence, "Didn't you say you wanted to romance me?" She is so adorable, Alison could just eat her up!

Alison does what she's best at.

Before the movie starts, they play some Mortal Kombat. "Hey, you just beat my ex-husband's best score!" Kelly cheers Alison on. "That would drive him nuts, knowing a girl beat him at his favorite game," she laughs. Alison turns & smiles at Kelly. "I bet it would really drive him nuts to know that a girl is playing with his ex-wife."
