[Pets] Horse mod: Easier Riding Challenges by Nona Mena
This mod halves the requirements for all of the riding challenges (except Rider of Legends, which cannot be altered), so that it is easier to complete them.
This mod is compatible with patches 1.66 - 1.67.
Important Details:
- This mod requires the Sims 3 PETS Expansion Pack. Using it without PETS should not have any effect on your game, but it will be a totally useless waste of space.
- This mod was built with patch 1.38, and is compatible with all 1.3x patch levels. Will likely be compatible for all 1.26+ patch levels, but this is unconfirmed.
- Due to its simplicity, this mod may not necessarily require an update after major patches. It’s always best to check in, though.
Compatibility:
- This mod will conflict with any other mod that alters the RidingSkill_0x75228494e1b94a86 resource in the GameplayData.package.
- This mod will conflict with my No Bareback Riding mod. DO not use these mods together. If you want both features, use the No Bareback flavor provided in this thread.
- If you are not sure if a mod will conflict with another, use Delphy’s Sims 3 Dashboard Tool to check.
Changes:
- Equestrian Champion now requires 10 wins, down form 20.
- Mustang Master now requires the sim to adopt 1 Wild Horse, down from 3.
- Horse Friend now requires the sim to have 5 Horse Best Friends, down from 10.
- Minimum riding skill to adopt a Wild Horse reduced to 4 (down from
. - Whisper social interaction requires 8 riding skill, down from 10.
