Harder Bills (Higher Payments) & No Fairy Booby Trap Mailbox: 1.50 - 1.67 by Nona Mena


This mod increases the price of your sims' weekly bills. This is a re-make of Claudiasharon's popular Harder Bills mod, which is now out of date with patch 1.38. Pictured above is 50% flavor.


This mod is compatible with patches 1.66 - 1.67.

Important Details:

• This mod was built with patch 1.50 but is compatible with patch 1.55 as well.
• This mod does not require any expansion packs.
• This mod may or may or not need updates for major patches (expansion packs) so be sure to check back before using this mod after a major update.

Compatibility:

• This mod will conflict with any other mod that alters the Mailbox_0x894944a6dad4a2cf resource in the GameplayData.package.
• This mod will conflict with Anach's Harder Bills mod (at MATY), and claudiasharon's Harder Bills mod (at MTS, outdated)
• If you are not sure if a mod will conflict with another, use Delphy’s Sims 3 Dashboard Tool to check.

EA Defaults
EA calculates bills by a percentage of the households total assets. This is 1.3% (0.013). The 1.3% is split if you pay more than once a week. So, unmodded, you pay .65% of your total assets in bills on Monday, an then again on Thursday, equaling 1.3% for entire week .

New Tunables added in 1.38
The  Mailbox_0x894944a6dad4a2c XML now also contains tuning for Fairies booby trapping the mailbox, including the required fairy skill level in order to be able to bobby trap. If you want a No Fairies Booby Trapping flavor, feel feel to request it
