Information for new script modders by Inge
1) First get Visual Studio (Express or Pro, doesn't matter)
2) Then learn how to use it, as well as the rudiments of C# programming language: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd492171.aspx
These are Windows Forms tutorials - you won't be using forms for sims modding but they are very handy just to get you feeling comfortable with the various parts of the tool and language
3) Then read the modding guides at http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Tutorials:TS3_GeneralModding
4) After that, if you still need help, any experienced modder will be happy to talk to you. We usually have one or more in chat, or you can post in this forum
