The Outdoor Shower is completely FreeStanding
and will change your sim into their Bathing Suit.
The Public Shower Operates as a normal shower,
but allows other sims to be in the same room.

Towel now works correctly for teen+.
Pets no longer have the shower interaction.
Kids no longer remain naked.
August 9, 2012:
Now if you have EP3 installed, your sim will change into the towel when exiting the Public Shower.
